The Scoreboard Tracks Your Progress, No Sweat!

When you tap on the Scoreboard icon you’ll be brought to a screen showing: Workouts Completed, Intensity, and Duration. The scoreboard has the purpose of tracking your progress, showing where you fall short, and where you are succeeding. These numbers are compared to MyfitCODE recommended intensity and duration.


Tap the Workouts Completed icon. This tab displays the workouts you have completed and the type of workouts completed (Full Body = pink, Upper Body = orange, Lower Body = green, and Cardio = purple).


Tap the Intensity icon. This tab displays your effort level. They are broken down into four categories: Maximum, In the Zone, Moderate, and Easy.


Tap the Duration icon. This tab displays how long your workouts have been lasting.
